Stock Control Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our team and lead inventory control activities within our Central Warehouse.

• →Supervise daily stock control activities and ensure inventory accuracy.
• →Plan and oversee cycle counts, targeted counts, and inventory audits.
• →Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• →Review and validate inventory adjustments according to approved procedures.
• →Lead the stock control team and allocate daily workloads.
• →Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• →Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Finance, IT/WMS, Quality & Safety, and other relevant teams.
• →Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
• →Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics, including supervisory experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, procedures, and KPIs.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in inventory counting, discrepancy investigation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
