What We Offer

The Talent Acquisition Specialist shall provide support to fulfill all manpower hiring requirements and shall assist in all recruitment activities of the company.

✓Prepare all recruitment materials necessary for all hiring requirements.

✓Post jobs to all available sourcing channels and job portals.

✓Source and screen for all hiring requirements.

✓Conduct interviews and assess applicants skills and experiences.

✓Ensure all candidates and hiring managers are well managed and updated.

✓Monitor all applicants and assist in new hire onboarding.

✓Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, not limited to, assisting in maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides.

✓Build a constant database or pool of applicants for all hiring requirements.

✓Bachelor’s degree graduate in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses

✓Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet deadlines

✓Must be tech savvy and knowledgeable in using gsuites.

✓Excellent verbal and written communication

✓With can do attitude and a self-starter.
