Drive new business acquisition and grow shipment volume for the Cross Border business.

Identify, approach, and convert new shippers through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all shippers to drive long-term business growth.

Negotiate commercial terms and develop tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Regional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Monitor sales pipeline, customer performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall Cross Border business objectives.

Oversee the recruitment, coaching, and performance of Sales Agents to expand market coverage and accelerate business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related commercial roles. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, freight forwarding, or cross-border business is mandatory.

Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to acquire new customers and close deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-driven KPIs.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Prior people management experience is preferred
