About the Role:

The Executive - Operations is a hybrid role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery and handling of forex products, currency, and remittances. This includes delivering currency notes, prepaid/refillable card, and remittance documents to clients, accurately processing forex transactions at the branch, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role combines operational execution, cash handling, and customer service excellence while safeguarding financial products and maintaining data integrity.
