• Site Location: New Orleans, LA
• Set Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am - 4pm, 2nd officer shift Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
• Competitive Wage: $16-$17 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests.
• Campus Patrols: Perform regular foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Student Safety: Ensure the daily safety and protection of students and staff.
• Emergency Response: Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with first responders.
• Communication: Answer questions in person or by phone and write detailed incident reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED documentation.
• Exceptional customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Knowledge of OpenGate Systems and XRAY Screening 
• CPI Training 
• Proficient in basic phone, radio, and computer skills.
• Valid Louisiana guard license (or ability to obtain one).
• Military, Law Enforcement, or prior School Security experience is a major plus!
