To do well in this role, you’ll need:

An interest in projects, change delivery, or PMO work
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
Good written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow structured processes
Eligibility to work in the UK
Ability to obtain SC clearance

We welcome applications from:

Bootcamp graduates
Career changers/ Work returners interested in PM/PMO
Anyone with up to 12 months’ experience in project support, PMO, or delivery

These aren’t essential, but they’re a bonus:

Foundation project qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ, Agile/Scrum Foundation)
Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
Any experience supporting projects, even outside a formal PMO role
Familiarity with project artefacts like RAID logs, plans, or status reports
