We’re now looking for a Robot QA Specialist, who will be responsible for testing new features, picking up bugs in releases and running daily stability tests.

Evaluate the robot's performance: Perform tests following clear guidelines and provide feedback on the resultsUnderstand basic robot features: Operate robot functions like manual jogging, using the HMI (Human-Machine Interface), restarting the station, and handling tools like the robot controller, ATI box, and redeployment tasksIdentify and fix minor issues: Resolve small issues such as exchanging or cleaning suction cups, resetting the vacuum pump or cameras, and reporting damages to your Team Lead or On-call when necessaryCollaborate and escalate: Work with Lab Robot Operators and Engineers to address problems, providing clear descriptions of issues and the steps already taken to resolve themUnderstand the station layout: Become familiar with the production setup and its purpose to ensure smooth evaluations.No prior technical experience? No problem! You'll receive training to succeed in this role.
English proficiency at B2 level or higherPractical knowledge of Google Workspace toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsReliability, punctuality, and attention to detailEagerness to learn new thingsAbility to work independently and in a teamPrevious experience with QA and/or robotics is highly appreciated
The contract guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with expected availability of up to 40 hours per weekNo studentship is appreciated, not requiredEU citizenship and possession of a valid identity document (e.g., passport or EU ID card); ability to register residence in Poland for stays longer than 3 months, if applicable.
First meeting (30 minutes) – Recruiter phone screen: A brief conversation to provide general information about the position and assess whether your experience and expectations align with our needs.Second meeting (30 minutes) – Hiring manager interview: A discussion with the hiring manager to assess cultural fit, collaboration style, and alignment with the team and company values.Third meeting (1.5 hours) – On-site interview in Warsaw: An in-person session at our Warsaw office to meet the team, see the workplace, and finalise the assessment.
