Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:

Sales and distribution agreements

Marketing and advertising agreements

Supplier and procurement contracts

Online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)

Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and process documentation

Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices

Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies

Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making

Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks.

Master’s degree in law

2+ years of experience in commercial/contract law, ideally including both law firm and in-house roles
