Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
  • Sales, distribution, reseller/partner, and channel agreements
  • Marketing, advertising, sponsorship, and influencer/endorsement agreements
  • Supplier and procurement contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and pilot/trial terms
  • Online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.)
  • Support the procurement lifecycle: vendor onboarding, risk assessments (privacy, security, financial), compliance checks, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices
  • Contribute to guidance and training for business teams on contracting best practices
  • Provide risk-balanced legal guidance to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Master’s degree in law (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial/contract law, ideally including both law firm and in-house roles
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital/IT contracting, including SaaS terms, IP/licensing, DPAs/SCCs, SLAs, security addenda, and open‑source considerations
  • Experience supporting procurement processes, vendor risk assessments, and third party management
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Gross Salary 3400 - 5850 EUR/Month.
