Development/Construction Management Intern

*This role is onsite in St. Louis, Missouri

The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.

• →Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
• →Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
• →Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
• →Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
• →Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
