Responsibilities

    Preparing and assembling components to create finished products

    Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process

    Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

    Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process Productivity, Quality, Safety

    Delivery Experience - Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing.

  • →

    Assemble parts or components to build various types of mechanical equipment, following blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

  • →

    Utilize hand tools and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills, to perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.

  • →

    Clean and organize workspace and assembly areas.

  • →

    Properly store equipment, tools, and materials.

  • →

    Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of the machinery during and after the assembly process to guarantee optimal performance.

  • →

    Provide feedback on assembly procedures and identify potential process improvements.

  • →

    Maintain excellent communication with supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance staff.

  • →

    Assemble electrical and mechanical components into a configuration for a customer’s requirements.

  • →

    Training level 1 assemblers.

  • →

    Pneumatic motor assembly and high precision assembly.

  • Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.

  • Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precision

  • Following safety procedures and protocols.

  • Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy Action Oriented

  • Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.

  • Experience as Mechanical Assembler Level 1 preferred.

✓The base pay for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on the geographic market.
