Responsibilities

→Walking to the nearby school for afternoon pickup
→Supervising and engaging three boys, ages 5, 7, and 11, throughout the afternoon
→Taking the children to the park and keeping them active outdoors
→Driving the children to scheduled activities around town
→Providing homework help and academic support
→Preparing simple, kid-friendly dinners
→Assisting with baths as needed
→Tidying the playroom and putting toys away at the end of the day
→Maintaining a calm, patient presence and helping the boys navigate sibling dynamics

Requirements

Demonstrated professional childcare experience with multiple children, including school-age boys
Patient, calm, and steady under pressure
Comfortable with active, outdoor afternoons
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to commit to a long-term position
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
