Overview
A welcoming family in Ridgefield, CT is looking for an experienced, long-term nanny to care for their three boys: a 3½-year-old, a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old infant. The two older boys go to daycare three mornings a week from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Those mornings are one-on-one time with the baby, and the rest of the week you’ll have all three boys. The family keeps a clear daily routine and wants someone who will follow it consistently. That includes breakfast, naps, activities, outings and a bath before the end of the day.
The family is relaxed and supportive to work for. They value a nanny who takes initiative, keeps the kids’ spaces organized and helps the boys build good habits. That means manners, helping clean up and potty training. There is no screen time during the day. Days are active, with walks and local outings around town. When driving is needed, a family car is provided for short local trips.
