Responsibilities

Collaborate with principal investigators and research teams to support study execution across multiple departments.

Recruit, screen, and engage research participants with clear communication and strict adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

Administer surveys and collect patient-reported data in compliance with IRB-approved protocols, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Guide participants through the informed consent process, ensuring their rights and understanding are protected.

Perform data entry, quality control, and preliminary analysis; prepare summaries and reports for presentations and publications.

Maintain organized electronic and paper study records, safeguarding sensitive participant information.

Contribute to research proposals, grant applications, and IRB submissions.

Contribute to studies examining racial and socioeconomic disparities in maternal, pediatric, and primary care health outcomes.

Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas and remaining open to feedback.
