RN Care Manager - Inpatient

- Location: Glenview, IL
- Full Time: 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p, on call, rotating weekends every 3-4 weeks
- Required: 1 winter and 1 summer holiday coverage
