QUALITY SET UP TEAM MEMBER 2ND SHIFT

• →Primarily responsible for the Abnormal Product Control system as described in the Liberty Plant Standard including investigating, inspecting, and containing all defects discovered on the shop floor and/or reported in a Prompt Report. 
• → Must work directly with Shift supervisors, Technical support, and Engineers to manage all Quality activities on the shop floor.
• → Must understand traceability system, shop floor processes, abnormal product control system procedures, and various gauging techniques.
• → Responsible for completing all change-over qualifications.
• →Responsible for helping with all aspects of sorting including setting up gauges, training on sort method, and supervising when necessary.
• →Provides support to all new projects when any kind of data collection is needed. (i.e., line qualifications, PPAP’s, etc.)
• →Responsible for helping to keep the prompt reports organized, maintained, and logged. 
• →Maintains the metrology equipment in the Quality Lab including all measuring equipment, gauges, gauge stands, SOP’s, and check sheets.
• →Assists with annual layouts, Product and Process audits, and QMS audits including participating in Internal and External IATF audits as needed.
