BCBA Hybrid

We’re looking for a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing, supportive team. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and want flexibility without sacrificing impact, this could be a great fit for you.

Compensation: $100-$110/hour (flexible based on experience)

In this role, you’ll provide direct services and guide behavior intervention plans across home, community, and clinic settings - making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you support.

• → Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
• → Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• → Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
• → Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress
• → Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions
• → Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards
• → Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed as required by the state of Maryland
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently
