Occupational Therapist - Clinic

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- →Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric developmental and functional needs.
- →Regularly update plans of care based on clinical progress and client goals.
- →Provide in-person, clinic-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
- →Use evidence-based approaches to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, visual-motor integration, executive functioning, and play.
- →Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
- →Communicate with families regarding client progress and recommendations.
- →Communicate with other treating therapists to support collaborative care when needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland OTR/L license in good standing.
- Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload without supervision.
- After school availability.
- Maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours to a maximum of 24 clinic-based billable hours per week.
