Electrical (IACS) Tech- 2nd or 3rd shift

• →Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience and High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• →Working knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• →Ability to read and design electrical schematic drawings.
• →Understand AC to DC power supply.
• →Knowledge of PLC input/output module and function. Ability to read and understand Ladder Logic program.
• →Basic knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
• →Basic knowledge of Servo Control functions.
• →Knowledge of electronic motors, including 3-phase, single phase, AC motors, and DC motors.
• →Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• →Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• →Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret multiple instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• →Knowledge of Electronic Device Application Software is required.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; hazards common to industrial settings; chemicals, vibration, and loud noises.
• Safety shoes, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves and bump caps for this position must be worn on the production floor. Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable standing 2 – 4 hours continuously without a break.
• Use hand and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
• May be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• This position requires sufficient vision to see details at close range, so the person can read and measure.
• The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
• Jobs on the production floor require a minimum 40-hour work week. Overtime may be required.
• The pace of work is steady and fast.
