Sr. Client Care Representative

• →Engage with service drive customers to acquire their vehicles for dealership inventory
• →Use AutoAlert to identify and contact potential trade-in customers
• →Appraise customer vehicles- take detailed photos and use your phone to scan and upload vehicles into our appraisal system
• →Follow up with customers via phone, text, and in-person to facilitate trades or purchases
• →Walk the service lane and confidently initiate conversations with customers
• →Source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms for dealership purchase
• →Work closely with management to support dealership acquisition goals

• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus
• Excel proficiency helpful, but not required
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
