Service Advisor_3 (Toyota NK)

Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to turn a service visit into an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our service technicians. You'll listen to customers' needs, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, keep them informed throughout the process, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident about their experience with Nucar.

• →Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs
• →Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery
• →Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally
• →Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
• →Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving efficiently
• →Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• →Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and priorities
• Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience may also be a great fit
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements
