Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Available | 7 Days a Week
Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Compensation: RN: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
LPN: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
*** Pay is based on the client assignment, level of care, and clinical needs***

NurseCore is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a Geriatric client with specialized medical needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced with G-tube management, and comfortable working day and/or overnight shifts while providing exceptional care in the home.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications
Assist with safe transfers and mobility
Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift
Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years
Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable
Current CPR certification
Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
Negative TB screening
Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
Experience with G-tube care and mobility assistance preferred
Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations
