Sales Rep Assistant - Hunting/Shooting Industry

COMPENSATION RANGE: $55,000 to $65,000 based upon experience.

• →Support sales of outdoor products to national customer
• →Conduct sales forecasting and data analysis to identify trends.
• →Order tracking and order maintenance
• →Monitor inventory levels
• →Sales presentation
• →Provide training and support for sales teams and retail associates.
• →Work sales promotions
• →Develop and assist in implementing advertising and marketing plans.
• →Maintain daily communication with manufacturers and retail accounts.

• Currently located in the Springfield, Missouri area
• Strong interest and true passion for the outdoors/hunting/shooting industry!
• College Degree (Business Administration Marketing or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred)
• Business/sales experience preferred
• Some travel required but most travel is local (approx. 3 weeks per year)
• Knowledge of hunting and shooting sports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically proficient with excel. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team environment
• Excellent data management and analytical skill accuracy
