Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide litigation support to attorneys across the firm's Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Regulatory, Real Estate, Banking (CRRAB), Litigation, and Intellectual Property practice groups.
- →Manage matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
- →Draft and argue motions, prepare legal research and memoranda, and assist with case strategy.
- →Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to provide high-quality client service.
- →Travel within California as needed for hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
~1 min read- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California Bar.
- 4–8 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing litigation matters with increasing independence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for court appearances as needed.
