Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Performance Marketing Junior Executive to join its award-winning team and one of its fastest growing units, Ogilvy One. The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing & reporting digital campaigns across all digital channels including Paid search, Social, Display & Programmatic advertising. Additionally, the candidate may be involved in SEO and Analytics projects.

Requirements

Up to 1-year prior experience (agency or client side) in managing digital media accounts in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
Basic understanding & knowledge of Google Analytics 4 & Looker Studio.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powepoint).
Excellent writing & communication skills.
Certified in Google or Meta Ads.
Degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
Team spirit.

Responsibilities

→Design, plan and execute digital campaigns via digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads, DV360, etc.).
→Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign including interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
→Test, analyse and optimize with tools like Excel, Google Sheets & Google Analytics.
→Report to clients on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis based on client needs and business objectives.
→Collaborate closely with other business units and partners.
→Coordinate with accounting dept. about billing and invoicing issues relevant to digital media campaigns.
→Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends & best practices and evaluate emerging performance marketing technologies.
