About the Role
~2 min readThe primary goal of this role is to drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring best-in-class delivery and performance across all programmatic business.
Your work will directly contribute to the fastest area of growth for the company.
You’ll shape how programmatic excellence looks across the Americas, influencing best practices, client strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll operate at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution — driving measurable results that directly impact client satisfaction and retention.
Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.
Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.
Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.
Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.

Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides

Familiarity with third-party tracking and online ad serving concepts
You have solid communication skills and be confident communicating with other areas of the business
You’re very analytical. You can organize and process large amounts of data and turn these into actionable items
You proactively anticipate client needs and are committed to consistently exceeding service expectations.
