About the Role
~1 min readOklahoma City University is seeking an experienced relationship-builder to lead fundraising efforts for the School of Law. This role offers the opportunity to engage alumni, donors, attorneys, judges, foundations, corporations, and community leaders while advancing a law school deeply connected to Oklahoma's legal community and civic life.
As Sr. Director of Development for Law, you'll be a member of the OCU Advancement team, partnering closely with the Dean and School of Law leadership while advancing fundraising priorities that support the school's mission and strategic goals. In this role, you'll lead the fundraising and engagement efforts that support the School of Law's strategic priorities. OCU Law's location in the heart of downtown places it steps away from courthouses, law firms, government agencies, and many of the organizations its graduates serve every day.
This position is well suited for a self-directed professional who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys working toward ambitious goals, and is motivated by the impact philanthropy can have on students and institutions. The Sr. Director reports to the Vice President for University Advancement and partners closely with the Dean of the School of Law and other members of the Advancement team to advance the school's fundraising priorities.
