Administrative Programs Officer, Level I - E12A
Annual salary: $43,070.00 + Full state benefits
Job-related travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and one (1) year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration;
OR
an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
NOTE: Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist APO III and OIG/OBI staff with administrative duties
- OIG/OBI fleet keys/COMDATA cards and schedule maintenance
- OIG/OBI asset coordinator for OKC, Tulsa, and other OIG locations
- OBI lead calendar
- RMU fraud referrals
- RMU warning letters
- Office (OBI and Live Scan) sign-in sheets
- Office supplies
- Print shop orders (envelopes)
- Org charts
- Onboarding/offboarding/personnel changes for OIG/OBI
- Legislative bill reviews for OIG/OBI
- Phone roster maintenance
- Backup any APO III duties as required
