Maintenance Associate - Facility Maintenance

$23 hour base rate plus time and a half premium rate of $11.50 hour = up to $34.50 per hour for all hours worked

Minimum Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• A good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Basic digital communication skills; smartphones, email, and text messaging
• Proficiency with hand tools including wrenches, drills, hammers, screwdrivers etc.
• Experience in facility maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Welding experience Arc and Mig
• Experience in plumbing
• Required to wear safety equipment for different environments.
• Must be able to work in high environment
• Must be able to obtain ariel lift certification

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Fabricate and repair protective guards for facility
• Work on projects to improve building and operation process.
• Completing repairs on building structures and equipment.
• Completing PM services on Facility equipment.
