- Advanced computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, etc.)
- Shifts & workweek ranging from 12AM-5AM with split days off & working weekends
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Ensure all product received meets OK Produce standards
- Assist in the enforcement of good manufacturing practices company wide to include sanitation, pest control, temperature management, hygiene, & security
- Communicate daily with Buying, Transportation, Shipping, & Retail to maintain a team frame of mind throughout Operations.
- Thorough knowledge of the inbound/backhaul sheet & how it pertains to receiving
