Senior Product Marketing Specialist

• →5+ years hands-on experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.
• →Proven PMM Toolkit: Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards from end to end.
• →Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products. Written and verbal communication required in German and English
• →Market Knowledge: Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region. Solid understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions.
  Strategic & Action-Oriented: Ability to utilise data-driven market research and performance analytics to adapt global messaging, sales enablement, and campaign assets into relevant content tailored to regional EMEA market needs.
• →Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• →Working environment: Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
