Responsibilities

Define Growth Activity & Task Product Team's Vision and Goals
→
Build the product roadmap, set clear product positioning, and steer the team's direction to achieve strategic growth objectives
→
Drive innovation by leveraging a deep understanding of campaign and task operations and strategies
→
Strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the campaign lifecycle.
→
Proactively Drive Growth:• Plan and coordinate campaign-related marketing campaigns; collaborate with BDs, local market managers, and other teams to ensure effective execution.
→
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing settings to improve conversion rates with a data-driven approach.
→
Develop Go-To-Market and product operation plans that maximize product value.
→
Manage Campaign Operations & Product Processes
→
Responsible for the daily execution of campaigns, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure operational excellence
→
Improve user experience and backend systems to attract inbound traffic.
→
Build strong relationships and influence multiple teams, including Business, Trading, SEO/ASO, Affiliate, and Compliance to orchestrate complex cross-functional and cross-market initiatives.
→
Drive growth metrics alignment with business and product leadership.

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, in hyper-growth global tech companies.
3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty systems, and platform products, with proven success driving growth through innovative product solutions.
You have a good track record of collaborating across teams such as sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.
Possess a strong interest in the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
Good logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership.

Familiar with crypto trading / Web3 industry.
Experience in leading a project team independently.
