We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Dubai to act as an embedded strategic advisor to senior executive leaders across EMEA. You'll own end-to-end talent strategy across critical commercial and corporate functions — Business Development, Affiliates, VIP Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance — using recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and executive stakeholder management to directly influence OKX's expansion across the region.

• →Serve as an authoritative talent advisor to senior leadership, aligning hiring strategy directly with commercial growth goals across BD, Affiliates, VIP Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance.
• →Deliver actionable EMEA market mapping, competitor talent insights, and compensation benchmarking to inform executive decision-making.
• →Own data hygiene across all requisitions, tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing velocity.
• →Translate raw hiring data into clear, narrative-driven updates for senior stakeholders.
• →Lead end-to-end headhunting for complex mid-to-senior requisitions, directly engaging passive, high-caliber Web3 talent.
• →Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects OKX's brand and values throughout the process.

• Proven track record recruiting within Crypto, Web3, Fintech, or Centralized Exchanges (CEX) — in-house or top-tier agency.
• Deep experience headhunting and closing talent across the EMEA region, including navigating varied regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated expertise placing mid-to-senior roles across Business Development, Affiliate Growth, VIP/Institutional Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance.
• Fluency with pipeline metrics and recruitment data, and the ability to turn dashboards into decisions.
• A track record of advising and influencing senior business leaders as a strategic partner, not an order-taker — including the ability to push back constructively.
• Based in Dubai, UAE, or ready to relocate independently.

• Experience running high-volume, multi-functional searches simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment.
• Early adoption of AI sourcing and recruiting tools.
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.
