We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• →7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
• →Deep understanding of California employment law
• →SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
• →Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• →Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• →Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• →Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
• →Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
