Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Warehouse Supervisor is focused on overseeing warehouse operations, leading and developing team members, driving safety and performance. This leader will ensures efficient receiving, processing, and distribution activities that support exceptional customer experience.
and reports to the Service Center Manager.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- →Oversee and land is hands-on in safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, maintaining accurate operational records.
- →Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and personal protective equipment, upholding all health, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- →Train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees; manage performance through feedback and development.
- →Achieve performance goals through effective space utilization, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions.
