About the Role

Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design — including image generation, ideation support, and workflow tools — to enhance output quality and efficiency
Experience building personal AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and creative quality
Agentic approach to problem-solving — able to break down briefs and identify clear, efficient creative paths forward
Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply strong human creative judgement

At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range according to what's stated below. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.

Salary Range

$85,000—$95,000 USD
