The Activation & Conversion team owns the most consequential part of the Omnisend funnel: turning new signups into active, paying customers. We define activation as a brand starting to communicate with their audiences via Omnisend. Brands that hit the activation threshold tend to stay, and brands that don't often disappear. Your job is to move that number.
About the Role
~4 min readWe're looking for a Product Manager who thinks commercially and is energized by the challenge of turning pricing and packaging decisions into measurable business impact. You'll own a critical piece of Omnisend's revenue model - and have real influence over how we grow revenue from thousands of new brands that sign up every month.
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to optimize. You'll be expected to find the opportunity, frame the problem, design the test, ship the change, and measure the result.
Free to paid conversion. A meaningful number of free-plan brands use Omnisend without converting. You'd own diagnosing how to move that number, designing the mechanic, and running the experiments to achieve business goals.
Setup quality at activation. Some brands reach activation with a setup that's fragile - a single list, no automation, no meaningful segmentation. They activate on paper but their foundation is weak, and they are at risk of churning before gaining real value. You'd define what "good" looks like at the end of onboarding and build toward it systematically.
