Molding Operator | No Weekends | 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday

We're growing our team! OMNI Technologies is looking for a 2nd shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 2nd shift schedule is: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1am. There is potential for overtime. 

Must be willing to train on 1st shift (6:30AM-3PM) for up to 3 months.

Essential job duties:

Read and understand work orders
Break down material formulas using mathematical equations
Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
Promote a culture of teamwork
Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
Maintain equipment
Keep work area clean and orderly
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED
• Working with hand tools
• Mathematical ability
• Manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to read blueprints a plus!
