Senior Quality Engineer - Test Automation Lead

This position is open to candidates residing in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role will be in-office presence 5 days per week.

Hands-on technical leader responsible for defining and driving automation strategy across UI, API, and backend services. Owns automation architecture, CI/CD quality gates, and performance validation while mentoring SDET engineers and partnering with Engineering and DevOps.

• →Define and execute end-to-end automation strategy aligned with the test pyramid
• →Architect and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks
• →Mentor and guide QA/SDET engineers through code reviews and technical leadership
• →Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines
• →Drive performance testing initiatives and analyze bottlenecks
• →Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product on release readiness

• 7–9 years QA/SDET experience; 3+ years in a technical lead role
• Strong programming in Python and/or Java
• Hands-on expertise in Linux, shell scripting, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
• UI automation (Playwright preferred) and API automation experience
• Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust)
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
