Learning & Development Designer

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Designer.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of engaging learning experiences for our customers. As a valued member of our learning design team, you will collaborate with customers and other team members (trainers, learning designers) to create high-quality training materials and to help us with the coordination of training events.

• →Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a relevant academic background.
• →Experience in using AI-powered tools for learning design and the creation of interactive e-learning content. (e.g., Canva, Claude, cloud CHA gpt & Notebook LM).
• →Good knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to support the design, development, and personalization of learning content.
• →Excellent command of MS Office
• →Fluent in English
• →Familiarity with graphic design principles and some experience with graphic design tools is preferred.
• →Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.  
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• →Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and propose fresh ideas for learning solutions.
• →Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
