Responsibilities

→Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, from sourcing top talent across multiple channels to delivering the right match for every client
→Guide clients through the entire hiring journey, from candidate presentation to offer and contract
→Nurture existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for collaboration
→Connect with potential clients through social media, events, and networking to support business development and explore new markets
→Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
→Mentor and support junior team members
→Contribute to budget planning and supplier relationship management

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search, ideally in a consulting environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Solid business development skills with a track record of client relationship management
A deep sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Sharp organizational and reporting skills
Fluency in Greek and English
