Station Cleaner - Paddington Station

Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Station Cleaner to join one of our well-respected and successful clients at Paddington Station. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic working conditions and facilities.

• Rate of Pay: £14.80 per hour.
• Shift Times: 3 days per week, Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Hours: 09:30am to 14:30pm
• Weekly Pay (every Friday).
• Full training provided.
• Temp to Perm (performance-based)
• ASAP Start!

• →Clean and maintain station areas, including platforms, waiting areas, toilets, entrances and staff facilities.
• →Empty bins, remove litter and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
• →Clean floors, surfaces, windows and other customer-facing areas to the required standard.
• →Regularly check customer areas and respond quickly to spills or other cleaning requirements.
• →Replenish cleaning and washroom supplies when required.
• →Report any safety hazards, damage or maintenance issues promptly.
• →Follow all health and safety, COSHH and cleaning procedures.
• →Provide a helpful and professional presence when interacting with customers and colleagues.

• Previous cleaning experience, although full training can be provided.
• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work in a busy environment and manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
