Responsibilities

→You live and work in Belgium.
→Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
→3–5+ years of relevant experience in contracting, procurement or vendor management.
→Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance business interests and long-term partnerships.
→Experience managing contracts and working with legal and commercial stakeholders.
→Strong analytical skills and confidence working with pricing, costs, margins and contractual terms.
→A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic mindset.
→Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
→A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

Experience within a SaaS, technology or scale-up environment.
Experience supporting Sales with customer-side negotiations and contracting.
Experience with strategic procurement and supplier portfolio management.
Familiarity with corporate insurance management.
Knowledge of French or German.
An interest in EV charging, energy or mobility.
