The Head of Strategic Marketing and Digital is responsible for driving organizational growth by maintaining competitive intelligence and analyzing market trends to empower strategic decision-making. In this role, they will lead a high-performing team focused on base management objectives, overseeing the delivery of core reporting, deep-dive analyses, and the development of advanced segmentation and predictive models. Additionally, they will spearhead the lifecycle management, implementation, and optimization of the Max it application, collaborating across cross-functional teams to expand service offerings, track performance, and deliver a seamless user experience that directly aligns with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the marketing strategy and marketing plan by elaborating assumptions and scenarios
  • Use Geomarketing tools to provide deeper market insights into customer behaviour and demographics, to data-driven decision-making for business expansion and resource optimization
  • Competitive intelligence and best practices (national and international)
  • Develop and Implement all Marketing dashboard including communication and Digital KPIs
  • Set performance targets and measures to ensure that company agreed strategic plans are implemented with optimal efficiency
  • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets, taking appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Make analysis on return investment and contribute to key investment assumptions
  • Develop and implement data IA uses cases to generate more value and saving costs.
  • Coordinate marketing contributions to yearly marketing plan and strategic plan, as well as all budget exercises
  • Coordinate CBM activities including implementation and maintenance of main pillars (Universal control group, value-based segmentation matrix, RFM campaigns, anti-churn campaigns, wake up dormant customers, animation of transversal anti churn programme, loyalty plan optimization and animation.
  • Review and analyse profitability reports to indicate the margins expected for sales. This includes modelling of marginal based pricing structures to understand the impact of network capacity requirements associated with highly competitive pricing structure.
  • Develop the revenue generated via the App and creating new business model
  • Developing the traffic and the base of active users and measuring QoS
  • Enriching and steering the local product roadmap
  • Monitoring and improving the ecosystem and manage stakeholders, and coordinating local operations (IT integration, partner selection, legal framework) and supervising local adaptation thanks to co-dev
  • Building and driving business reporting, guaranteeing the achievement of budget objectives and the monitoring of KPIs
  • Define a clear content and digital strategy per segment including business model
  • Propose a roadmap leveraging on the Innovation, digital assets or deals, and proposing specific initiatives
  • Cooperate closely with other marketing units to leverage on opportunities to capture contents
  • Prepare projects roadmap and their TTM process
  • Carry out demographics and potential demand analysis, traffic analysis, coverage and level of service target definition, site launch organisation
  • Ensure annual segmentation and market analysis
  • Implement the marketing dashboard in line with the strategic objective
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the Marketing team, ensuring high performance and capability building.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including periodic and annual appraisals.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in information technology, actuarial science, Statistics or Business Computing
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing field
  • Proven experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Experience in emerging markets is a strong advantage.
