Job Description

Ready to lead a planning team and shape the supply planning strategy of a pharmaceutical manufacturing site?

As Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will lead a team of five planners and play a key role in ensuring reliable product supply, strengthening planning processes, and supporting strategic decision-making for the Solids manufacturing organization. You will combine people leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and long-term planning to improve supply chain performance and help ensure the availability of medicines for patients worldwide.

For an experienced supply chain planning leader, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical planning function, shape site-level planning strategy, and make a direct impact on business performance and patient supply in a leading pharmaceutical company.

Reporting to the Director Supply Chain Management, you will be a member of both the Site Supply Chain Leadership Team and the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Solids Leadership Team, giving you direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.

The Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Management oversees Planning and Logistics activities for the Oss site and focuses on reliable supply, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Your Planning Team supports IPT Solids, the manufacturing organization responsible for producing and packaging solid oral dosage forms supplied to patients worldwide. IPT Solids works closely with Production, Packaging, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and Weighing & Dispense, creating a dynamic environment where planning decisions have direct operational and business impact.
