At Georgian Dental Orillia, dentistry is more than procedures and appointments — it’s about restoring confidence, easing fear, and helping patients walk out the door smiling a little brighter than when they walked in.

Nestled in the heart of Orillia, our clinic is surrounded by the natural beauty that makes this community so special — just moments from the sparkling shores of Lake Couchiching, the peaceful trails of Couchiching Beach Park, and the vibrant charm of Orillia’s downtown. Here, your workday isn’t just about what happens inside the clinic — it’s about being part of a community where life feels balanced, connected, and inspired.

As a Full-Time Certified Dental Assistant (Level I), you are at the heart of that experience.

Our clinic operates:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You are the calm voice beside a nervous patient.
The reassuring presence during a first-ever appointment.
The extra smile that helps someone feel at ease.

For new graduates, this is your chance to step confidently into your career — to learn, grow, and be mentored by a supportive team that truly wants to see you succeed.
For experienced assistants, it’s an opportunity to deepen your impact in a clinic that values both your skills and your heart.

Every day, you’ll work alongside skilled dentists and hygienists to deliver exceptional care while supporting the seamless flow of our clinic. From preparing treatment rooms and assisting chairside, to maintaining infection control standards, supporting patient education, and helping create a welcoming environment — you play a vital role in every patient’s experience.

This role goes beyond clinical skill.
It’s about connection.
It’s about compassion.
It’s about showing up — even on someone’s hardest day — and making it better.
