OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Oswego Health Home Care

• →Reviews and adheres to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook
• →Complete required orientation as directed by CHHA
• →Follow agency and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment
• →Respect cultural and religious practices of patients
• →Uphold HIPAA regulations
• →Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shifts

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapist license, in good standing with the State licensing board
• Minimum of two (2) years OT experience, preferably in corresponding setting
• Cognitive skills as related to the position

Pay Range; $50-$75/visit

Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
