We serve individuals experiencing homelessness and crisis through our Street Outreach and Navigation Center, walking with them on a journey from the streets toward hope, stability, and transformation. • →Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• →Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• →Compassionate attitude and sensitivity towards individuals experiencing homelessness
• →Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology
• →Physically capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds independently, and handling heavier loads with appropriate assistive equipment or team assistance
• →Be flexible and willing to pivot to meet the needs of the organization
