This position is full time and fully onsite in Columbia, South Carolina (strongly preferred), State College, PA, or Dallas, TX. This position operates within a typical Office IT Environment.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's in a job-related field

Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience (see "required work experience")

8 total years required work experience.

4 Years specific knowledge of the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes to be supported.
1 Year directly supporting the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes. (may be concurrent)

Knowledge of a variety of information technology products and solutions.
Excellent research, customer service, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail. Good judgment.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization.

Standard office equipment. Microsoft Office Suite.
Software and tools will vary based on the technologies, products, and/or processes supported.
