Our client, an international company operating within the financial services and online trading sector, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Shift Manager to oversee daily sales floor operations and lead high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team leaders and sales agents, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining motivation levels, and driving performance in line with company targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Manage daily sales shift operations and ensure office targets are achieved.
- → Lead, motivate, and support Team Leaders and sales agents to maintain high performance levels.
- → Conduct daily morning briefings covering updates, targets, sales performance, and key priorities.
- → Monitor and manage CRM and telephony systems, including quotas, caps, and reporting tools.
- → Troubleshoot operational and technical issues in collaboration with IT and support teams.
- → Enforce company procedures, discipline, professionalism, dress code, and conduct standards.
- → Monitor live sales reports and ensure positive daily performance development.
- → Create and follow up on tickets and operational fixes when required.
- → Track team and individual seller performance and report results accordingly.
- → Prepare monthly bonus calculations for Team Leaders and mid-management.
- → Coordinate incentives, competitions, promotions, and training initiatives with HR and management teams.
- → Maintain strong communication with support departments, including Compliance, HR, Monitoring, and HQ teams.
- → Provide performance feedback reports for Team Leaders twice per month.
- → Support ongoing workforce planning, workload management, and disciplinary processes.
- → Report directly to the Office Manager and Director.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in managing, motivating, and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience working with sales KPIs, targets, and performance reporting.
- Ability to meet and exceed challenging monthly targets focused on FTDs (First Time Deposits) and conversion quality.
- Experience presenting daily and weekly performance reports to senior management.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional languages such as Italian, Polish, or Swedish will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic and international sales environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
